Our products are digital in nature and thus are instant digital download. No products will be shipped.
Once a digital product is purchased from The Glossy Nest, it belongs to you forever. Free updates are included with your purchase and will be provided as available to the email address associated to your original order.
Customers are permitted to print our digital products for personnel use only. License rights are for ONE (1) person only. The Glossy Nest retains all rights, license, copyright, title, and ownership of our products. Our products may not be edited or altered.
At this time, The Glossy Nest does not offer printing services for our digital products. Customers without a printer are encouraged to use professional printing services to print out our digital products.
You may not distribute our digital products, PDF's and/or printables to others. Distribution of our products via reselling, relicensing, redistributing, giving for free, or as part of a giveaway is strictly prohibited.
Due to the digital nature of these items, all sales are final. No refunds or returns are permitted. For more information, please see our Refund Policy.

Technical support is not included with your purchase. The Glossy Nest cannot provide support regarding downloading, saving and printing our digital products or related technical issues.
All of the files in our products use the PDF format. Most computers have pre-installed Adobe Reader on them, but if your particular laptop, PC, or mobile device does not have a PDF reader, you'll need one to view the digital product.
Some products are sent using a compressed ZIP file. Check out this article for tips on how to unzip a ZIP file.
Having trouble finding the file once it's downloaded? Try looking in the Downloads folder under My Computer.
Having trouble downloading the digital product on a phone? Many mobile phones and tablets cannot open ZIP files. For best results, download the file onto your desktop or laptop computer.
